I have had very little experience with social media so far.

However, I intend to use it to promote my debut novel once it has been uploaded to Amazon although I have yet to explore which platforms will be the most effective to reach the most appropriate audience.

I also need to learn to use these platforms in the right way so that I build up a following, not just to encourage readers of my novels but for blogs and other forms of social media writing.

At the moment it is all a bit confusing, but I am investigating, starting with these posts on my website.
